I’m a kind and compassionate person who has grown through immense trauma and grief to not just survive, but truly thrive. I draw on my personal experiences, education, knowledge, and spiritual growth to connect with others in a real and meaningful way. Having faced incredible odds and learned how to overcome them, I bring both resilience and empathy to my work.

I’ve had the privilege of helping those close to me fight addiction, abuse, and the pain of brokenness, drawing on my own experiences to guide and support them. Over many decades of hurt and misguidance from church, I’ve found spiritual balance and a deeper sense of peace. I’ve become a passionate advocate for mental health and committed to breaking the stigma and offering hope. I’ve also learned to navigate toxic relationships, including dealing with narcissists and physical/emotional abusers, without letting their behavior steal my joy. Watching teenagers face struggles with anger, mental health challenges, and addiction has taught me valuable lessons in resilience, and I’ve helped them—and others—rebuild confidence, heal, and move forward stronger.

Children-

Raising children and specifically  teenagers has been its own unique chapter of my life. I’ve navigated the challenges of raising difficult teens and discovered a special way of connecting with them—helping them build confidence, learn to love themselves, develop meaningful relationships, and recognize areas of growth. I guide them in healing, rebuilding, and becoming their best selves. In today’s world, where life can be so challenging, our children are truly our most treasured and prized possessions.

With over 20 years of experience in business, HR, and finance, I’ve built a career focused on creating effective strategies, strengthening organizations, and supporting people in reaching their full potential.
