I have overcome so many things in my own life that I’m sure you can relate with - a difficult divorce, narcissistic abuse, family trauma, addiction in my family/friends, abandonment, discouragement, depression, physical ailments, broken relationships, and uncertainty. I learned how to be a leader, grow professionally, deal with toxic environments, and have empathy and understanding at work.

After consultation, Business Services are $120 per session and provides 40 minutes of dedicated support tailored to your organization’s needs. During this time, I work with you on areas such as policy development, employee relations, payroll management, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, and process improvement. Each session is designed to address immediate challenges while also creating strategies for long-term efficiency and growth. This investment ensures your business receives expert guidance that strengthens compliance, streamlines operations, and supports a healthier, more productive workplace.
A personal coaching session is a 30-minute, one-on-one meeting tailored to your unique goals and challenges. For $60, you’ll receive focused guidance in a supportive, no-judgment environment where we work together on building confidence, healing, overcoming obstacles, and creating balance in your personal and professional life.
